World Vegan Day ~ Chocolate Cupcakes & Chocolate Cookie Cream Frosting

In honor of World Vegan Day here is a delicious recipe from my very own niece, Brown Vegan. We made these cupcakes together over the summer and they were (a) simple to make and (b) absolutely yummy.  I personally couldn’t tell they had been veganized! You can find the recipe right here and make sure to visit her blog for more delicious recipes and healthy tips for “A Down-to-Earth Approach to Vegan Food and Minimalist Living.”
