Can you believe October is almost here? And its the perfect time of year for all things…pumpkin! Tonight we made pumpkin cupcakes and iced them with cream cheese frosting. The aroma of pumpkin cupcakes baking in the oven was wonderful…the warm and delicious smell of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger is so amazing. I used this recipe for pumpkin cupcakes courtesy of Brown Eyed Baker (who has a fantastic blog btw!) and decorated the cupcakes with pecans and candy pumpkins (of course).
